It was a roller coaster of a ride last year and it appears we have reached the peak. We don’t necessarily see any signs of a decline but market activity and has definitely slowed with fewer open home attendees and less urgency.

Although, in saying this the market for quality family homes is in demand.

There are few new listings that serve this market and with a number of ex-pats returning and perhaps locals valuing home-life more than ever this market is strong.

Now lies a good opportunity if you want to buy into a different price-bracket and sell the current quality family home you may have.
