Please be advised that Whittle Knight is implementing a new policy that will affect all those who work with us, from 6th December 2021. The safety and well-being of our staff, their families, whanau and clients is of great importance to us, and we are committed to following the NZ Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines. Whittle Knight is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, contractors, clients, and anyone else who is affected by our work. We support vaccination as an important step to help reduce the risk of COVID-19 in our communities.
Our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy has been developed following consultation with our staff including a Risk Analysis using WorkSafe guidance.
Our policy requires all (staff and visitors) coming to Whittle Knight offices to have received their first vaccination by 6 December 2021 and be fully vaccinated by 5 January 2022. All staff attending sites, meetings, inspections and viewings and other functions as a representative of Whittle Knight, under all levels of the Ministry of Health COVID Protection Framework (traffic light system) will be vaccinated.
We will ask all visitors and staff to show evidence of their vaccination upon entry to our premises from 6 December 2021. In accordance with the COVID-19 Protection Framework, visitors are requested to follow Ministry of Health guidelines under the appropriate traffic light setting.
