Routine Inspections

Our Property Managers endeavour to assess the condition and presentation of the property at the time of inspection and to ascertain from the tenants whether there are any hidden defects that they are aware of or and hazards that may have developed in or around the property.

In our report to you our Property Managers will bring to your attention any areas that need attention or are causing problems to the tenant.

A timely response from you to the notification is much appreciated as it allows us to investigate any required work quickly hence preventing further deterioration in the case of a required repair or reducing risk factors in the case of a hazard.

Also timely action keeps a tenant happy and more willing to remain in your property at lease renewal time.
